Once your deposit has been received, your order will enter production. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production to be completed.

5. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due once your order is completed and before it is shipped.

6. Delivery

Once the final payment has been received, your order will be prepared for shipment and delivered to you.

To preserve the beauty of your gold, diamonds, and gemstones, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, moisture, and impact. Store your jewelry separately in a soft pouch and gently clean with warm water, dish soap and soft brush to maintain its brilliance and lasting shine.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each piece is made to order using natural stone, lab-grown/natural diamonds and crafted in solid gold.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and 3–5 business days for domestic shipping. Some orders may arrive sooner; and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

All orders require a direct signature upon delivery.

Yes—we ship worldwide.

International orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days once shipped.

Duties, fees and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges
All purchases are considered final once an order is placed

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the damage to the jewelry.

REPAIRS & AFTER CARE

Repair services are available at the customer’s expense, depending on the nature of the request.
