What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all secure payment methods, including PayPal, Zelle, American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Bank transfers are also accepted—please email us at contact@eighttwoeightstudio.com for more information.

What courier do you use? Does my order require a signature upon delivery?

We use FedEx and DHL for international shipping. Yes, we require a signature to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Can I change/cancel my order?

For personalized or custom jewelry, we need to ensure the order has not yet gone through production. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Can I track my package?

Once your jewelry has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Not all pieces are returnable or refundable. Check our Return Policy page to determine if your product is eligible for return.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?

We exclusively use high-quality materials for all jewelry. That means we use solid, 18k gold and natural diamonds. If you are looking for more budget-friendly jewelry, we can use 10k gold and/or 14 karat gold, along with lab-grown diamonds.

Do you use US or EU sizing for rings?

We always craft your rings in US size. For jewelry-inspired items, we follow US sizing. We only engraved the conversion in EU sizing on the ring for detail engravings.

Will my jewelry fade or wear away?

No, because we specifically use solid gold to provide our clients with high-quality jewelry that withstands the test of time and can be passed down through generations. And yes, it can wear down if not taken care of.
