Each piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production time. Processing times for made-to-order and pre-order designs vary depending on the piece. Estimated production timelines for bespoke jewelry vary depending on the design of the jewelry.

Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary insured shipping within the US via FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries via DHL or FedEx. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Transit times vary by destination.

Signature Required
For your security, all jewelry orders require a direct signature upon delivery.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. We are not responsible for incorrect address provided by customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@eighttwoeightstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.
